Bhutan's Sustainable Development Fee is currently US$100 per person per night — a 50% discount from the statutory $200, in force since 1 September 2023 and confirmed through 31 August 2027, with a live countdown to the scheduled review on this page. Indian nationals pay ₹1,200 per night; Bangladeshi nationals US$15 under a 2024 quota; children aged 6–12 pay half and under-6s travel free; stays under 24 hours in designated border towns are exempt.
